This space was born where passion met purpose: through my love of dogs and the great outdoors.

My story started as an underdog in the outdoor world — often the only girl in the group — but thanks to my dad, I was never left on the sidelines. As a pheasant guide, he brought me along on every hunt, and I quickly discovered that I was far more interested in working the dogs in the field than anything else. That fire only grew with time.

In 2017, I got my heart dog, Tex — the kind of dog that changes everything. With him by my side, we dove into the world of waterfowl hunting, from the prairie skies of Canada to the flooded timber of Arkansas and the coastal marshes of Washington. No matter where we traveled, we always returned to our roots in South Dakota.

What began as a way to document our hunting adventures on Instagram soon turned into something more — a place to connect with people who share the same passions and values.

Dogs and hunting are my two great loves, and everything I do aims to bridge those two worlds — whether it’s in the field, in training, or in building community with others who understand the bond between dog and human.
